This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this corporate website and through direct correspondence with us.
It does not cover purchases from the online stores we operate. Each store publishes its own privacy policy, which governs the data you give it when you shop:

Information you choose to send us
The contact form on this website does not send anything to a server of ours. When you press Send message, your browser opens your own email application with the message already written; nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself.
When you do email us, we receive what you put in the message — typically your name, your email address, the name of your company and whatever you tell us about your enquiry.
Technical data
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when a page is requested: IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these to keep the site available and to investigate abuse or technical faults.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies, and does not embed third-party tracking pixels. Only the strictly necessary requests needed to load the page are made. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. Why we process it, and on what basis

5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that go nowhere: up to 24 months from our last exchange, then deleted.
- Client and supplier records: for the duration of the relationship and then for the retention period required by applicable accounting and tax law — currently ten years under Italian law.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
We may keep a specific message for longer where we need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
6. Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
- Our email provider, for receiving and storing correspondence.
- Our website hosting provider, for serving this site and keeping server logs.
- Accountants and legal advisers, where a matter requires it.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are established in the United States, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, by Standard Contractual Clauses, or by another lawful transfer mechanism. You can ask us for details.
8. Your rights in the EEA and the UK
You have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it.
- Ask us to restrict processing, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent.

9. If you are in the United States
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to have it deleted or corrected, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Through this website we collect only identifiers and contact details you send us, plus internet activity in the form of server logs. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise a right, email us at the address above.
10. Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please do not send us sensitive personal data by email.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top. Where a change is significant, we will say so clearly.
