3. What this website is
This site describes our own business: the consumer brands we own and operate, and the services we offer to a small number of partner brands. It is informational.
Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, or professional, financial or legal advice. We may change, move or remove any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
4. Our services
Where we agree to work together, the engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, covering scope, deliverables, fees, timing and duration.
Descriptions of services on this website are summaries. They do not create a contract, and if anything on this site conflicts with the signed agreement, the agreement prevails.
We describe methods we use, and results we have achieved for our own brands. Marketing outcomes depend on your product, your market, your pricing and your budget, and on advertising platforms we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific result, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
5. Buying from our brands
We own and operate walkpluma.com and idrolabshop.com. Orders placed on those stores are governed by the terms of service, shipping policy and refund policy published on the store where you order — not by these terms.
For anything to do with an existing order, contact the store you ordered from, using the details in your order confirmation.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, code, graphics and images — belongs to EAE or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The EAE logo and the names ECOM ASCA ENTERPRISES, WalkPluma and Idrolab are our marks. You may not use them without our written permission. Any other trademarks or product names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and are used only to identify those products or companies.
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own information. You may not republish, sell, or use our content commercially, or present it as your own.
7. Acceptable use
When using this site you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overload it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically copy content, or use automated tools to do so, without our written permission.

- Represent yourself as EAE, or as acting on our behalf, without authorisation.

This site links to our own stores and may link to third-party sites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of this website.
Our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred euro (€100). Liability arising from services we provide is governed by the limits in the relevant signed agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
11. Indemnity
If you use this site in breach of these terms and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result.
12. Suspension of access
We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, without notice, if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms or in a way that threatens the site or other users.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that State have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
